This year, we hosted Christmas for the first time. With 40 people expected to celebrate, there was absolutely no way we were going to fit everyone around the dining room table - and absolutely no way we were going to buy a few more.

I hired the gold easel for my friends hens party. I only messaged very last minute to ask to hire the white easel and received a very quick response from magic moment offering an alternate option as the one I asked for was booked, I happily accepted the alternative. I really appreciated their efforts to accomodate me.

I entered a competition that Magic Moments Event Hire was running, giving away free hire to a different item every week for 4 weeks and I was super lucky to winfree hire for the beautiful White Wishing Well to use at my engagement party (2 days ago) (which is perfect cause that’s the only thing we had left to organise)
Simone is absolutely lovely and promptly replies to messages in a kind and professional manner. She was happy for my step mum to pick up the well as it was closer to her house than mine; and she was super accommodating with time, even when we were running a bit late. We absolutely loved the well. It was perfect and fit in so nicely with our theme. The flowers and lights just brightened up our party, and we had our guest book placed in front of it, and there were comments in the book about how beautiful the Well is, and a lot of people asked me where it was from and where they can get one, and I recommended them straight away.
Once my step mum left; I realised she had left the well, and I messaged Simone in a fluster because it’s a 1 hr drive for me to drop it off and she offered to come pick it up for an extremely reasonable fee! However my partner and I decided we’d do the drive. She gave us an extra day to drop it off, and we have just left her place now after dropping it off, and she is even lovelier in person. I VERY highly recommend Magic Moments Event hire and we will definitely be hiring more from them in the future. 💕💕💕
